Canadian Hemlock - Tsuga canadensis | Zones 3 - 7 Fast growing pyramidal evergreen with feathery foliage. Makes an excellent hedge or screen and stands shearing well. Short flat light green to dark green needles. Tolerant to most well drained soils & city conditions. Prefers part shade but does well in full shade or full sun. |

Commercial #1 1/2: Very good quality face with weak but not bad back. Very appropriate between neighbors.
Conservation #2: Good quality or better face with weak to bad back or sometimes less overall density then #1 or #1 1/2".
Grade #3: Clean, healthy, useable trees that will get better with time. Sometimes available.
